Contacted the service, had a video call within 15 minutes, chatted for 10, less than 10 minutes later I had a prescription by email. Had taken the call outside a pharmacy, so within less than one hour of even finding out the service existed I had already taken the first dose medicine for my infection. Exceptional service, and Dr Yanez was absolutely fantastic! Was dreading having to potentially spend a whole day waiting in the hospital as a non EU citizen - holiday saved!
